After You Order

Each Slobproof furniture customer receives personalized customer support from start to finish.  After you order, a dedicated member of the Slobproof team will contact you to answer your questions, provide assistance and keep you updated regarding your order status until your piece is delivered.


Delivering your new piece should be a stress-free and mess-free experience - that's why we exclusively offer in-home "white glove" delivery for all furniture orders.  After your order ships, our delivery team will contact you to schedule your in-home delivery appointment.  We'll place your new piece wherever you like in your home and remove all packaging so it's immediately ready to use!  Just visit our shipping page to learn more.
